Excellent experience. Customer service is off the charts! Eric is patient and guides you through the process and I am a returning customer and cant wait to expand my collection slowly. Shipping to France was super fast and the product was very well packaged and came in a beautiful box with cleaning cloths and a lovely pouch. The ring was more beautiful than in the pictures ;).
