Warranty

Jadeite Atelier Limited products are guaranteed for 1-year warranty under normal conditions of wear and tear. If your piece happens to break or loses stones, we will be happy to fix your item free of charge. Our warranty does not cover custom items, naturally tarnished products, or items adjusted by a third party. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) back to us and we will bear the cost for return shipping.

For all plated jewellery, please note that the Rose Gold and Gold plating may slightly darken over time.  These would not be considered faulty or damaged.

** Limitations apply and Jadeite Atelier Limited has the right and discretion to refuse any piece that is not covered by the warranty. Worn out and irreparable items will not be covered.**
