We offer FREE shipping for all orders to both local and international destinations.

Shipping in Hong Kong

Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt. We ship with SF Express and typically arrives within 1-2 days.

International Shipping

We will send you an email with the package tracking number once the order has shipped.

Orders will generally be dispatched within 2 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number upon dispatch. 

If you require faster delivery, you can choose the express option for an additional charge.

Lost Package

If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately at info@jadeite-atelier.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. Your satisfaction is our commitment.

Please note that Jadeite Atelier Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the courier.

Import Taxes & Duties

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to country taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your local postal service for rates.
